I got the offer to join BofA IBD next summer . My top choices are Healthcare and M&A. Any idea on culture/exits/deal flow of the two groups? Also, I think Healthcare mostly does M&A, so is it better to be in the M&A to both have the healthcare experiences+ learn about other industries as well? Thanks!

Networked heavily in M&A group at BofA. They do most of the heavy work for modeling for all industries except O&G, RE, FIG so I would say that choose M&A over healthcare if you are interested in the modeling side.
I feel like M&A group is in high demand. Is it harder to get into M&A during placement day?
