Awful. BofA is shifting to its core competencies as a bank, meaning it is reverting to a debt house again. Healthcare and real estate are strong groups, otherwise only debt based product groups can hack it, and there are only a few CP guys in SF and not much else. Heavily consider other options for IB, since getting a BofA job is tougher than before, yet likely less fruitful down the line.
