Incoming SA in the group and am very curious about culture and exits. Culture seems amazing from everyone I've talked to, but they're also supposed to tell me that so some real insight there would be nice. Also doesn't seem like there are a ton of exits, but it seems like everyone really enjoys the group and A2A is a popular route. Is the relative lack of exits just a preference thing or does they not get many buyside looks? Any thoughts are appreciated!
