BOFA Signing Bonus - Where is it?

Hey Guys, for those working at Bofa, aren't we supposed to get a signing bonus soon? Working in South Florida and the contract mentions 10K by or around April 16th, however Nobody has gotten anything. Any word on the ETA for this?

Buddy of mine told me that last time they only gave the bonus after the first paycheck. I emailed HR to ask about this and they said they'll send it the first week of May. This sucks because I was really hoping on this to get housing for next month after I graduate. But I'd encourage you to email someone from HR to remind them/add pressure. Mine was supposed to be paid April 15th.

it makes sense tho, believe that they are doing it this way due to contracts being changed on may 1st. Additionally, last year bonuses were prob paid late bc of covid. Also have either of you received fingerprint test.

no do not believe so, but wouldnt make sense for the bank if they were planning on sending new contracts and then paid your bonus via the old contract even if it is the same. Because I believe we will all have to sign the new contracts to make it official
