Anyone know what’s going on here? Heard several of the groups held internal calls where they were pushing associates to transfer over to COO roles. Are they trying to thin the herd without firing?
Of course no one is going to leave and BofA will need to nut up and make a decision themselves.

Not BofA but at another bank. COO here makes 30% all in less than IB with the gap widens only from D onwards. Perfect job stability 9-7pm workload few weekend work.
