Bolstering Resume with out starting sophmore internship yet? Which internship to choose?

3 questions for you monkeys

Now that apps for 2020 are open I'm quite unsure how to go about the remaining portion application approach. I have I received 3 and most likely 4 offers for summer internships for my sophomore summer. Since I have not actually started anything yet I'm wondering if I should hold off on applications. I stupidly already submitted CS Citi and Lazard with just my past non finance related jobs. What do you guys think I should do with the remaining? My network is currently non existent and that is my focus along with working this summer.

Secondly I am unsure what internship to accept. 3 of the 4 are WM offers including one from a BB. The other is from a search fund. Any opinions? Since most are 20 hrs a week it might be feasible to work the BB which is the only paid paid position (i have no family to support me) and the search fund but they are a good 45 min drive apart. Is it ethical to be honest and ask if I can do this?
