Fellow Monkeys - has anyone seen/able to share a consolidated list of bonus numbers for analysts and associates over the past 3-4 years? (IB / tech coverage / BB).
Context: In final stages of interviewing (outside of banking/financial services) and was told to prep for compensation conversations (firm routinely makes people whole). This will be a negotiation and would like datapoints to fall back.
