I've started off cycle and in my official contract it said that i was going to get a prorated bonus. Now I'm curious whether or not it's kind of bs that was written in a contract and I'll just get a stub bonus. What is everyone's experience with this kind of stuff? And how big is the stub usually is? All the feedback is much appreciated..
