I will be starting full time in fixed income Sales & Trading at a West Coast Super Regional. When I asked about year end bonus compensation, the recruiter left it super vague. Do Super Regional Banks use a bonus structure in their investment banking operations? If so, what could be expected. Base is paying at street level.
