So who is this really affecting? Is it mainly senior people or are associates and below also getting screwed? I assume not since analysts/associates still have low bases at 70/100K?

I've heard of associates getting $0 or close to $0 (in '08 or '09).
Probably the biggest hit will be to VPs. They're in a weird place.
