Know you mentioned that you're not willing to share anything else. But in terms of how you networked or how the opportunity was brought up, do you think you could go into a little bit more of that?
I mean, are there usually lateral opportunities a couple months in as a first year? Did you initiate contact or did your contact reach out to you?
And wouldn't there be effects on buyside recruiting if you lateral?
