At the end of the day make the choice based on the lifestyle you want. It seems to me you will get great experience for a grad masters program either way. Arguably you could go back to the central bank later down the road as you have experience there whereas it may be more difficult to get another opportunity to get into BB macro research but it sounds like you already don't think the money is worth the sacrifice of your personal life at a BB.
