Boutique Bank Straight Ghosting me

So I networked with a couple guys at a regional west coast boutique bank, made it past first round and then had a second round with the two guys I spoke with. The interview was 80% technicals 20% behavioral. I did miss a couple techs but I was able to work through them with a little guidance. Also I am a sophmore and this is a part time unpaid role. They said they would follow up with me after a week, however, it has now been over 3 weeks and I have heard nothing from them. I've followed up once after every week but I was not plannning on following up more than 3 times.

What should I do? The bank is not huge and I know they didn't get an overwhelming amount of applicants,
thus if I didn't get it why couldn't they take 10 seconds to shoot me an email and say they've moved on? Or if they are still interviewing to get a better sense of the candidate pool, would they have let me know that? I'm feening for closure, but don't wanna spam them. The other day I saw one of the guys I spoke with online on LinkedIn so I viewed his profile in hopes he'd get the view notification as a subtle "hey remember me?" I've continued to pursue other opportunities but still would love to intern for them. Would be very appreciative of any advice on what I should do next (like just keep waiting or continue following up ect) or experiences from those who've been in similar situations. thank you.

Boutique banks get a shit ton of applicants from sophomores especially. Have friends working in boutiques who tell me they're surprised to get a ton of 3.8-4.0 target applicants that all have related finance experience and some IB experience at another boutique their freshman summer. continue to follow-up, every week, they won't reject you if they haven't already.

I would honestly just call one of the people you networked/interviewed with and ask for feedback. It's not like you are asking them out of the blue for 20 min of their time, just 5 min to hear some feedback.

Who knows, maybe they don't have any direction from HR/resource head and are just sitting on your emails until they have more clarity. Won't know unless you ask - i wouldn't send a 3rd/4th email, you'll get the same outcome most likely
