the BB I used to work at had a little less than 2000 bankers worldwide in IBD. Close to half were analysts/associates
Would you happen to know the approximate breakdown across divisions? i.e. what % in IBD, S&T, back office, etc.
About half of every BB is Technology.

Does anyone know where I can find headcount figures on just the IBDs of the top 10 banks , and Lazard & Roths, and the elite boutiques (Evercore, Moelis, GH, PWP, BX M&A etc)?
How many grads do the aforementioned elite boutiques take on every year on average?
Would appreciate figures for US & UK.
most boutiques take on between 10-25 full-time analysts each year for the US
GHL - in the UK they hire around 10, most coming through as SAs Moelis/BX/PWP - In the UK, have heard around 5 analysts (second-hand source)
