Hey guys,
I'm a sophomore at non-target (top 40 usnwr) and trying to break into IB especially BB/EB. My GPA is good (3.5+) but not great(3.8-4.0). I've had internships at a small PE shop and F500 (top 5 CPG). I've been networking a lot and kinda wanna know what my odds are and any advice on how to stand out.
