Breaking into IB after graduation and working
I graduated this past May, and I am currently working at a tech startup. However I want to break into IB. I was wondering what the best way to go about this is- should I apply to "recent grad" programs? Or apply as experienced hire? Or more generally, how should I approach this? Any response is greatly appreciated.
