I didn't realize I was interested in investment banking until pretty recently, so all of my summer internship experiences during college have been in other fields (MM PE, AM research, etc.). What are the chances of breaking into a top BB without the standard internship/return offer route? Is it possible? For reference, I'm a junior at HYP with a semi-decent GPA.
