Breaking into IBD a year after college

Looking for advice on how to break into IBD a year after college:

Graduated May 2018 with a non-target finance degree, passed CFA Level I, have been working in a real estate acquisitions role since graduation, and had internships in equity research and accounting.

Wondering what my best shot would be to break in a year after graduation? Boutiques? Real Estate Groups? I will be networking heavy -- Any advice will help.

Thanks!
