Brexit Update after Theresa May Speech

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone heard any updates/rumours on how BBs plan to react to Brexit now that it seems quite clear that Ms May is heading straight towards a hard Brexit? Has anyone heard any new rumours on what will happen to front office jobs in London over the next two years?

I know there has been some discussion of this topic in the last few months, however this was before the British government was this radically clear about its negotiating position.
