Bridgewater vs EVR

Have entry level offers lined up from Bridgewater in their Investment Associate position as well as Evercore

Know Bridgewater has shit culture but their pay is pretty enticing. Offer has their base at 160k — does anyone know what bonus numbers typically look like? Leaning towards Evercore right now for their optionality, because honestly, I don't want to pigeonhole myself in Macro HFs
