Business English Courses?

Hi all -- I just started my career in a boutique investment bank in New York. During the last a few months I found myself really struggled with English at work. My VPs criticized me on my wording in emails, deck, memos, and I had hard times in conference calls (especially if I'm on Cross Border deals). I was not born and raised in this country but I have been doing well in academic / social environment (at least at business school).

I did some research on business English courses in NYC but all the courses are either too preliminary (compared to what the job requires) or irrelevant to actual investment banking work. Can anyone that have gone through the similar situation please advise on what the best practice is? I really appreciate it.
