Hey guys,
I was recently lucky enough to find a part time position with a small boutique IB firm. The boutique works closely with lower middle market private equity firms for buy side servicing. How does the deal process differ between sell side IB and buy side IB? I am not familiar with buy side IB or the mechanics. Any resources would also be helpful.
