As I'm incoming FT at an EB - wanted to know what the buyside recruiting scene has been from both people at BBs and EBs. How long did it take for HHs to first reach out? What frequency do you get inbounds and how different is it to those in EBs and BBs. Any experience or insights would be great. Is it better to wait 18 months before speaking to recruiters or worth having intro chats?
