Calcing dil shares: strike price vs grant price vs exercise price
What's the difference? I'm trying to understand the difference so that I can properly calc fully dil shares.

I thought strike price and exercise price were the same thing.
Exercise and strike price are the same exact thing. Not sure about grant price. When your calculating diluted shares O/S you use exercise price.
