Do you mean you want Citi employees to risk their employment by breaching company confidentiality policies by providing internal documents to you, a random guy on the internet?

I just asked my wife (who works at Citi). She's says she's "heard of it but I don't know what it is".

Those who can, do. Those who can't, post threads about how to do it on WSO.

Of course I do not expect those sorts of internal documents, but I have found similar documents to which I been searching for on investor relations and similar pages, detailing similar execution processes and how they are implemented but I can't find anything on Execution 2.0 specifically, apart from a few references in a Citi magazine/newsletter.

Well, I was at an insight day at Citi recently at an Analyst within CB told me to mention Execution 2.0 in a cover letter/interview as it would impress.

I hope your interviewer is not my wife. It wouldn't impress her. But not much does.

Sorry to hear man. If you need someone to talk to I'm here for you.
