How is Doostang? Has anyone had any success or near-success through the Doostang network?
I used Doostang sophomore year and had 0 responses to ~30 applications I sent out
I just used it to apply yesterday. Already have one call scheduled for today. It is kind of a pain though to get 20 people to sign up so you can access the special interest areas.

It tends to attract (on average) a higher caliber set of candidates than hotjobs or monster.com. I used it last Summer to fill an internship and we've got pretty good flow from it for analysts in the Fall.
