Can I still break into IB from Oxbridge PPE with low A levels?
I am a second year at Oxbridge studying PPE with ABB at A levels. People keep saying banks filter on grades which feels a bit unfair given everything else on my profile.
I did a week at a City law firm during sixth form and a spring week at a mid sized comms firm. I have also already been elected the next head of one of the oldest and most prestigious non finance societies at Oxbridge (there have been a couple of small complaints about the election but I am sure that will be nothing).
I am also DEI, black, state school and disabled after a bike crash when I was younger. Surely this should more than offset ABB. Do banks actually care about A levels if you are otherwise exceptional, or am I doomed to not break in because finance is still a white boys club.

Given how things are going, I wouldn't keep your hopes up to be President of the Oxford Union, George Abaraonye.
