Can somebody help me with my resume?
I have applied to numerous IB summer analyst positions. I have gotten several first round interviews but never move past round one. All the people say they will get back in touch about round two but I always get denied. I think it must be something on my resume. Please DM me if you are willing to help. Thanks
Most likely your interviewing skills. If you got several first rounds it means that your Resume is probably good enough.
After you pass the CV screening, it is up to yourself to pass the interview. Potentially lack of technical capabilities or personality in my opinion
I've never been asked a technical question.
Then its either unlucky or you come across as a non-approachable person. I believe the latter if what you say is correct
any tips on becoming more approachable?
My advice would be to come across as more relaxed but not unprofessional. Interviews can be stressful and nerve wracking but if an interviewer doesn't think that you would be an easy person to work alongside, you're never going to make it past the first round.
