Can someone help me understand what a few things represent in this M&A model?

I am trying to understand this model, but there are a few components for which i am not sure what the values are supposed to represent. I'll just attach a screenshot of the model with the parts I don't understand circled in red. I can also send you the excel file if this would make answering the question easier.

Thanks for any help!

Edit: well it's not letting me attach an image. but i can send it if someone responds.
