Can someone mentor me?

Hello everyone,

I have been reading this forum for a couple of months now, and it has helped me so much in understanding the industry, specific knowledge and a lot about the culture at each firm.

I understand that this may seem a bit weird to some -- especially in an open forum -- but I would really appreciate it if someone could offer to mentor me. I feel that knowing someone who's actually "made" it to where I want to be would give me some confidence boost and would help check if I am on the right path.

I am a final year engineering student in a semi-target school in UK, and I am currently looking for a summer internship this year before I start on a MSc programme next year.
