Can someone reasonable weigh on the dynamics of being a junior associate?
Junior associate staffed with another associate (more senior but not being treated as a vp yet) and there is a vp and multiple analysts on the deal. Is the more senior associate supposed to tell them what to do and has to review their work or is it more splitting the work?
