-You haven't given a specific company, so how can we tell you what makes it unique?

-We don't know anything about your skill-set and background, so we can't tell you what you can contribute.

I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for, the answers to these questions need to be genuine to you.

1) give good reasons, just don't mention pay. if you mention exit opps, make sure you aren't implying that you will jump ship in a year

2) talk to people ont he inside, and if not then check the company profile on vault
