Can you guys offer me some advice please? Looking for entry IB jobs

I come from a non-target but overall good school. I am a biology major minoring in business. Originally planning on going to med school but after expenses piled up it's no longer happening. I've always been interested in business/finance but stuck with pre-med because of my biology background.

I am currently interning at a boutique Ibanking firm, trying to learn as much as possible. This is pretty hard since the only business course I've taken in financial accounting. I will be taking other courses soon to help me with Ibanking. But I am graduating in December and was wondering what I should be doing now to better position myself for a full time position. I would do ER or sales/trading but the only real finance experience I have is in Ibanking. I do trade on my own which has given me a lot more knowledge.

I have a good amount of student loans to pay off but am willing to go to graduate school if that would make a big difference. I was thinking of a MSF first from a cheaper school just to give me more knowledge in finance but was told only to get it from a top school.

What advice can you guys offer for me to do? I am going to aim at biotech companies because of my biology degree in hopes it will strike someones attention.

I appreciate any help you guys have to offer. Thanks
