Can you land a summer analyst position without a spring week?
Currently going to a semi-target uni in UK(Bath). Transferring to a Target 2nd year(LSE). CV is too bad for spring weeks, I think, currently. If I transfer I won't be able to apply to a spring week.
1)Is going to a target uni really that important? 2) Can you get a summer analyst position without a spring week?
I'm not too sure what a spring week is (I'm from the US, so I don't know if it's a UK thing). Also, going to a target school definitely helps when you are looking for internships, but it isn't a make-it-or-break-it; I go to a non-target and I know a lot of sophomores and juniors who have landed IB SA roles at boutiques and bulge bracket banks.
