Can you put an offer in on a house without a RE Agent?
House just came on the market 23 days ago and I am looking to invest. I am able to put down the down payment and all so is it possible to make an offer without hiring a RE agent?

I think typically the seller pays the real estate fees anyways (which would come out of the selling price), so all things equal, it wouldn't hurt to have a real estate agent deal with all of the paperwork for you.
