To keep it short, I got called in and my staffer said that while I am doing great work as an intern, I have not been connecting well with the team. I actually thought I was getting along well which is why I am now unsure of who to turn to for help. They wouldn't provide me with specifics so I don't know how to progress forward in my remaining weeks. Is getting a return out of reach now and should I focus on FT recruiting?
