I work for a different Canadian bank (RBC/BMO/Scotia) and Canaccord ranked #1 in Canada for 2020 IPO Managers in terms of volume and number of transactions
They do a lot of weed deals so the Biden administration is a win for them lol

Heard comp in Canada is above street (higher than big 5/6). Head good things about culture in terms of people, but longer hours.
