WLB: decent relative to other MMs; it’s a volume shop
Comp: base below street (A1:100, A2: 110, A3: 120 AS1:150 etc.). CG had one really good bonus year in 2020 (litquidity posted about it, think +100% of base) but that hasn’t been replicated since. When I interned I made $15 bucks an hour, I left a couple years ago so maybe (and hopefully) this has been increased
Culture: heavily depends on location / coverage group. I enjoyed my experience
