Was this based on fiscal 2021?
Good info, I always thought bonus is capped at 100% of base.
Our bonuses aren't capped at 100%, I've seen AN1s pull-in 100% of base (and then 120-130% of base as AN2s). I'm in coverage.

Any idea how things typically scale between An1 and An2?
Scales moderately quick at Big 5 banks in my opinion. For me personally, my full year-bonus went up by 40k between AN1 and AN2. Then the bump is much higher from AN2 to AS1
