Does anyone know if it's possible (or likely) to be able to exit from Canadian BB or EBs to US MF PE/MM PE? If it is, how likely is it? Also, is compensation (all in adjusted for currency exchange rates) for Canadian BBs the same as American BBs? For example, do american-based banks pay bonuses equivalent to US dollar in CAD in Canada?
