Canadian Big 5/Globals Timeline
Hey guys, so I go to a mid-target in Canada (not Queens or Ivey) and am thinking about doing investment banking next summer. Does anyone know when the applications open for the global banks like Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan. If they've already closed I guess I have time until Big 5/MM open (heard it was like Jan).
As a corollary, does anyone know the best way to prepare for interviews. I read on another thread that bankers like to ask technical questions (not sure if it would be finance or math :P).
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
I think the apps for most BBs will open in the next few weeks, but I wouldn't start prepping until christmas break. Good to see that you're on the ball for the recruiting season!
I think KKR Calgary has opened apps for FT analyst, but heard they only recruit from UofC. Looks like we're gonna have to wait until Jan - cheers!
