Anyone have any data points on total comp for Canadian MM banks? Would imagine that there is a large gap in the base salary relative to the Big 5 + National but curious if bonuses in good years help close that gap.
Thinking along the lines of Gravitas / Cormark / Fort / Blair Franklin / Eight Capital / Haywood / Osprey / M Partners / Echelon.

There is a big difference in the shops you listed. Gravitas and Cormark are very different in deal size and scope. I’d say that a Cormark has the potential to be pretty high though. Gravitas I would be shocked if it came close unless you were swamped in rapid fire cannabis deals. I’ve heard some of these shops bonus monthly though
