Canadian to U.S – TN Visa
Anyone have experience coming from Canada to U.S on a TN visa? Assuming firm willing to sponsor, looking to understand the process and probability.
I understand there’s other threads, though seems changes are constantly occurring.
Recent advice/guidance for IB staff looking to enter under Economist TN.
I've used TN a bunch no issues. My friend has too and he works for a US based HF.
It's really straight forward/easy. I have always done my app at the border...takes like 10 - 20 min. Lawyer prefilled my docs.
