Capital IQ Interview

Anyone know what to expect from an interview with Capital IQ? They seem to be similar to Bloomberg. The position would be dealing with clients, does that mean the interview would be mostly fit? Also any information on exit ops and salary would be great. Thanks..

Perhaps you could begin the interview with a joke about fishsticks. Whatever you do, don't interrupt the interviewer when they're trying to talk.

IM REALLY HAPPY FOR YOU, AND IMA LET YOU FINISH, BUT BLOOMBERG HAD ONE OF THE BEST FINANCIAL NEWS AND INFORMATION COMPANIES OF ALL TIME

Ok seriously, though, I interviewed there. You'll likely be asked, "So what do you know about fishsticks?" You should ask for a dry erase baord to work out the solution. Write out the basic accoutning equation, which is: ME + FISHsTICKS = GAY FISH. Then, write what you know about each part of the equation. You know that fishsticks are breaded, fried, and frozen. You know that you are a rapper and a genius. You also know that gay fish are homosexual and swim. Knowing this, you can show off your analytical abilities by pointing out that breaded has to do with genius, which swims. The interviewer will try to tell you that "you don't get it" but s/he is just trying to trick you.
