Capital One: Finance Rotation vs Commercial Banking Rotation

Can anyone speak to which of these two rotations would be preferable? Did not get their BA role and now I have the option to pursue one or the other of these rotations. Not a ton of info on either of these.

Sounds like the FRP might be more internal audit and not necessarily corporate finance? But hard to say given lack of information out there. Commercial banking is obviously just commercial banking.

Can anyone speak to what these programs entail? Which would be better if my goal would be to get to corporate or investment banking, or maybe MBA?

Capital One is not my first choice but I go to non-target undergrad and a rotation with them may very well end up being my best option so I want to get a good idea about the program(s).
