I've been thinking a lot about what I want to achieve for next year. I'd like to make more $$$ and work fewer hours (duh, wouldn't we all??)...but would be curious about what other career goals/work new year's resolutions I should be thinking about. Does anyone have ideas? (FIFW, I'm a first-year associate)
