Career path to break into IB in the US as a foreigner
I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. (Aside from studying in the states for 3 years for language training when I was in elementary school)
I completed my internship at one of the top, yet, local IB here in Korea and was offered a full time offer which I accepted and is expected to start working next month.
I am satisfied with my company for now, but it is my ultimate goal to work at an IB in the states.
The career path I am thinking of at the moment is to gain work experience for about 3 years here and go to an MBA in the states which I hope will help me to work in the states.
Any advice on my idea or alternative career path or any advice in general is welcomed.
