Case interview, previous case questions found, interested in answers

Hey all, got an IB intern interview upcoming and managed to get a hold of some previous case topics. They are;

• How do you value a company?
• You have the opportunity to invest in a solar park set-up by a former farmer from Frankfurt that became allergic to milk. How do you calculate if this is a profitable opportunity?

These are some amazingly broad case questions. I am not entirely sure how to best approach this, would any of you know how to tackle/answer these? I don't have previous experience in long cases during interviews and I am thus kind of worried.
