catching up to returning SAs

I am starting FT at BB next fall. I interned this past summer at a small buyside shop. Any advice on how I can try my best to nuetralize the advantages returning SAs have as far as getting on deals and doing interesting work?

dude i admire your drive but you got to take it easy, enjoy the rest of college because life sucks after... esp. in banking.

The SAs aren't going to have much advantage on you at all, you will all go through a training program and be on par. From that point on you work your ass off and be yourself and you will be fine. The only thing they might have more of is a relationship with another analyst or associate.
