CB Final Round

Hello

Got final round for a corporate banking summer role. Interview with 5-10 bankers I was told. Two 30 min interviews.

Any ideas on it? Half behavioral, half technical? First round had technicals, basic stuff like what is free cash flow and why loan financing over bond financing.

For technicals for CB, just accounting and credit metric stuff?

What should I absolutely know?

“I recently had my first roadmap meeting with a mentor from WSO Academy, and it was truly a pleasure. We had such an open, genuine, and insightful conversation. What I appreciated most was how closely his background, career path, and long-term vision aligned with my own ambitions. It was almost as if we shared the same goals and outlook on the future, which made the conversation even more valuable.
